I have 2011 M56X, having a “interior lock switch issue”

I can lock and unlock the car using the “key fob” , but both passenger and driver side lock switches aren’t working (will not unlock nor lock the car from inside of the car)

Also, The windows are having issues they only go down sometimes and when I click quick to open and close them they do a very quick clicking for about 10-20 seconds and then stop.

Anyone know what could be wrong here or having the same issue?

I don't recall seeing any posts about this specific issue. Seems like a fuse issue, low battery, or ground wire issue. It's unlikely that driver AND passenger door switches would go bad at the same time.

I would disconnect your battery for ten minutes and see if that changes anything.

If you are having a starting issue you will need to get a battery charger and charge the battery over night then do that direction first.

If you consistently drive about 6 miles one way repeatedly you will have battery issues.

Good luck

Would definitely look into possibly weak battery - numerous threads of the strange electrical gremlins that can occur when your battery is weak...
