I bought a pre-owned 2011 M37x with 22,000 miles earlier this year. Great car but I have some questions:

1) Every car with an ATF I have I installed aftermarket ATF coolers, usually B&M. I searched here and didn't see any info about that. Has anyone installed an auxillary ATF cooler on an M37? Is it necessary?

2) There does not seem like there are a lot of aftermarket performance parts/upgrades for the M37. I'm not paying near $1000 for an aftermarket exhaust. I doesn't seem like messing with the intake is worth it. Anything I'm missing?

3) I have always used Mobil 1 synthetic ATF. The available info appears to say use Nissan's ATF fluid only. Does anyone have additional information about this? Maintenance schedule says nothing about flushing ATF. Should I worry about this or leave it until it hits at least 100,000 miles?

Any help will be appreciated.

Congrats on a great car.
These cars seem to do well with the factory cooler, but if I lived in a hot or mountainous locale, I would consider it.
If you live in a cold place and still want extra cooling capacity, be sure to install any aux cooler ahead of the factory cooler so as to avoid overcooling of the ATF in very cold regions.
