All of the following information and advice was provided by Sacramento Infiniti.
Long story short: the M37 bulletins provided on this forum do not apply because my car was made after the publication dates. My Infiniti M37 manufacturer date is in December, 2010.
I learned after this latest episode of the Infiniti M37 dead battery chronicles there is a white pull-out-plug in the middle of the fuse box, located on the left side of the driver's footwell, I can use for prolonged non-use of my M37. Who ever knows how long they will not use their car, even if it's their only car.
The key fobs may not be the problem, again because of my manufacturer date. I do think they have a very long transmitting range, but the bulletin applies only to M37s made prior to mine.
So I am going to wait and see. If I use the pull-out-plug for a prolonged period of time and I am able to restart the car without incident, I will advise everyone.
If I use the pull-out-plug and I can't start the M37 I will post the incident on this website, and probably get ride of the automobile. Why? My other cars don't have to be placed in suspended animation and are usually ready to go when I am ready to go.
This is Infiniti M37 battery/key fob solution is ridiculous and hard to believe, in this day and age, to be the only answer to unreasonable battery power consumption.
Thanks for ready about my frustration with Infiniti's M37.
