2011 Infiniti M37x left steering control not working

Hi all,

The controls on the left side of my steering wheel stopped working. The phone and volume control. The cruise control still works.

Of course, the Infiniti dealership wants $125 to diagnose the actual problem.

Any idea what might be causing this to happen?

Welcome to the forum.

Perhaps one of the harnesses in the column disconnected? We've had a rash of column issues/threads lately.
