2011 Infiniti M37 replacement door problem

Hey guys! I have an Infiniti M37 2011. I've had my passenger front door replaced recently. The new door is OEM, but I've been experiencing hearing outside noises while I drive. What could that be?

Can you clarify what you mean by 'outside noises'? Infiniti's in general are not very well sound proofed and are noisy cars compared to say a Lexus.

It's possible they didn't replace all the plastic lining and trim coverings. The only way to tell is to take the door trim off and visually inspect. If you can't do that, I'd reach out to whoever replaced the door and inquire.
