Hi,
I am looking to buy 2011 infiniti G37 Sedan AWD with Premium, Navigation, Sports and Interior accents package.
http://www.infinitiusa.com//buildyourin ... 1339103487
The MSRP price is - $44,045
I asked a dealer to give out-of-the-door price (including Tax,Title fees). The dealer said 45K. Is this deal good?

Thanks,
Raj

Carsdirect says that your target price is $39.9K
Don't know how much your tag/tax/doc is.
Also, don't know your location.
When I've been car shopping before, the local dealership always could beat the Carsdirect price.

So, let's assume that you are in NC.
Then, your OTD price (based on Carsdirect) would be around $41.8K
This would also include the tint that they put on all Infiniti's here.
So, in my opinion, 'no' that isn't a deal that I would consider.

Seems WAY high to me...my out the door price on a new 2009 G37 Sedan with Sport, NAV, and Premium pkgs was 37k. ($34,400 before TTT)

Now the AWD will add some $$...but my MSRP was also 44k. However, I bought in Feb of 2010, so they were looking to get rid of the 2009s. Buying in Feb (end of the month) is the best advice I could give any new car shopper.

You might try internet pricing from a few dealers

I purchased my used 2011 G37xS with the packages you list plus some less cost options (black grill, rear wing, emergency kit, mats, etc) from the 1st owner in March. He paid $45K OTD for the car with the premium extended warranty last November.

I purchased a new 2011 G37x Coupe with NAV, interior accents, etc and paid a lot less. I would not confuse matters with talk of taxes, fees, etc and concentrate on the price the dealer is willing to sell you the car for. I used Edmunds and used the ture price ca;culator they had. It was helpful but I still got it for a couple grand less than that. Regretabally you have to negotiate hard to make the best deal. The system sucks but the dealer is the one who created it.

I agree, that deal doesn't sound great, and this isn't the best time to buy a 2011 model. I also got my '09 (in late December '09) when the '10s were arriving and they were looking to move the "old" inventory. My MSRP was $39435 and I paid $32000 before TTT.

I personally wouldn't buy any new car if I didn't get at least 10% off sticker. On the G37X deal, I'd be comfortable at no more than $39000-$39500 before TTT.

My 2010 g37x with Prem, nav, and wood was $37.5k with internet pricing and I brought the car in march of 2010. I did buy at the end of The month also.

Sticker price was $42k
