2011 G37x Navigation Problem... Please Help Me!

I am new here, but my new 2011 G37x has a major navigation problem.

First of all, I found out the following on my car.
current map version: 09-10 Map No 1B
current hardware: X9

The problem is......
About 50% of time, when I enter street address with street number, the navigation system freezes or goes back to destination screen.

I tried the following addresses.

48 Ardsley Ln
Ellington, CT

75 Hockanum Blvd
Vernon, CT

I called Infiniti>>>Nevteq and they have the same problem but don't know why.

I don't think it is a software problem because I can see those streets on the map itself.
Could this be a hardware problem?

Do you guys have the same problem?

What do I do now?

It's never happened to mine...I'd take it to the dealer.

There's TSB ITB09-004a concerning freezing NAV but that is from 2009 and does not cover the new models.

As Joe said the dealer should be able to resolve the problem. Let us know what it ends up being.

The dealer replaced HDD and installed new software (not new map). It's working great now. The dealer has been great.
