2011 g37 p1091 PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I have a 2011 g37 sedan that wont rev up, the throttles are working but the vvel has crapped out. If i swap in a different vvel module the car runs fine and revs up for the first start but then after that the module has to be swapped back to a different one to rev up. I dont know what is going on, can anybody help me please!!

Maybe this will help, someone had the same code and apparently Infiniti replaced a relay and it solved their problem...

Yeah, I thought the problem would have been the relay also, but I switched it with the pwm relay and I tested, I'm getting power to the module and ground when it works and when it doesn't.
