Hey all,

I have a 2011 FX35, and need to change the spark plugs.
What do you all recommend I use for the 3.5L?

I have read to use the Denso Iridium's found here:

DENSO Iridium TT Spark Plug: Ultimate Endurance and Power, 0.4mm Iridium Tip, IXEH22TT
Part # 4712

Is this the correct spark plug to use? Is the part number correct?

This is from the owners manual:

REPLACING SPARK PLUGS
If replacement is required, see an INFINITI
retailer for servicing.
Iridium-tipped spark plugs
It is not necessary to replace the iridium tipped spark plugs as frequently as the
conventional type spark plugs

what is the recommended gap as well?

Thank you for the help and expertise...I appreciate it.

Stick with Denso or NGK and you should be fine. Iridiums are fine to replace platinums as long as you retain the same heat range, and they will last much longer.
