2011 bottom door moulding

2011 bottom door moulding
Some of the clips that hold the exterior bottom door moulding on our 2001 Nissan Quest SE have broken. Does anyone have a procedure for removing this moulding. I tried but I'm afraid I will only break more clips. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

OK, I broke most of the clips that held the moulding on. Does anyone have a source for these clips - other than - the stealer? My stealer wants $7.40 a piece for them (yes you read that correct). You need 8 for this panel. The ones from Advance Auto are close but not exact.

Search for a forum member RedDet and send him a message. He's a vendor here and can get you any Nissan component or part at much better cost.

So I ended up at Advance Auto and they had some that were a suitable substitute. The panel is now secure. I just hate it when Nissan has to charge so much for their parts.

Looks like one of my panels got loose. Did you also tape glue it to the door, or just used clips?
