2011 Bose and XM radio question. ((help))

I just got an 2011 Altima 2.5 SL. with=out the Nav unit but did get the upgraded audio package.(4 inch screen)

is there an away to save an Artist so when that artist plays on any station you are alerted. S-Seek Alert: Don't miss your favorite artists, songs...

I know the units with the Nav have this- is there a hidden XM menu?? anyway to do this??
