I'm posting this everywhere because I can't get a single reply...

2011 Armada SL, 195000 miles, coming home a couple of weeks ago the wife's passenger side vents started blowing straight heat. Rest air and drivers side still blowing cold as they should. Turned the system off and back on and it started blowing cold again. Done this a few times of and on and now the blower started shutting off. It'll come and go at random but almost always comes back on.

Now the weird started, yesterday the blower shut off so I turned the system off and rolled the windows down since it was a nice day. When I turned it off the blower comes on, turn the ac back on the blower goes off. With the system off completely the blower runs almost non-stop. My first problem i was leaning towards actuator, blower issue I was thinking could be a bad blower, now I have no clue...

You have two different issues going on. The blower staying on means the VBC (resistor, colloquially) has a melted drive tran-sistor. That generally happens from the blower itself drawing excessive current, so replace both of them. The erratic hot/cold behavior on the passenger side indicates a dying passenger mix actuator. It's your good fortune that they're all directly behind the glove box and easy to replace. See VTL-16 here for the layout:

The only hard part is the front screw on the mix servo, it's squeezed up tight against the firewall and you need a very short-shorty screwdriver to remove and reinstall it.
