Hey everyone,

My first thread and post here. Im Raj and I just bought a 2011 coupe 3.5 CVT basically "fully loaded" last night. I think its an amazing car and based on what I've seen here has some nice potential. Im looking forward to talking with some of you guys, checking out other members mods and just getting to know the community.

I wonder if anything changed besides adding like 1 new exterior color and doing a name change on the "Dark" Slate color.

Didn't even know they released the 2011's yet; sucks for the 2010ers, because they only got to claim having the latest model year for like six months. Us with the 2008 got to claim that for a year and a half. So what's the new color they're offering for the 11's; I'd probably be the only one here, but I'd love to see an A/C in a dark green. And btw congrats on the new car.

Hm. A ~250 mile radius of Boston puts you somewhere in NY, maybe NJ or eastern PA?

Planning to go to meets?

nismogxs you open yuh mouth now i out numbered, lol... my wife is guyanese and now tassa clarrified he's guyanese too. The user name "one crazy max" he's of the guyanese culture also. I'm the only trini one. Im in the NYC area also, if you see a white 4dr driving around with the only trini slang on the license plate you know its me. They have that big meet coming up in november right off the garden state. Oh yea and the y pipe gives you better airflow which racingline says gives about 13 whp. The exhaust on these cars are mostly for sound, no real horsepower gains when compared to a y pipe.

i'll add you when i get home from work... I actually live near lib like about 3 blocks away near lefferts side... the meet is in jersey though... as for miami carnival i wanted to go down, is this weekend right? But trying to get the hours in at work plus that trip would make me spend un-necessary money especially when you trying to save up for the house.

Thanks :gapteeth: The stock Y-pipe is pretty much a choke point in your exhaust and is generally recommended as one of the first performance mods to do here. ALTHOUGH you need to get goin with rims/tires/drop soon because that's something I learned really fast hahah......everyone here says NEEDS A DROP! I think I had all my mods done in under 3 months after getting the car.....damn this forum! Peer pressure sure takes it's toll on your wallet lol jk

Grats again on the AC and good job getting the 3.5! :dblthumb:

I hear ya on the drop. I was staring at it for a while last night and saw that maybe an inch and a half would do the trick. But thing is I had a dropped car before and Im not sure I wanna go that route again. especially livin in NYC. People can attest we have some horribile roads and mean driveways slopes lol. And I was talking with my friend who has a 370 z who just bought intakes for his car and now Im really scratching to get that y-pipe. peer pressure really is a b**** lol. Sorry pics are taking so long to come, weather has been pretty crappy and it gets dark reallly fast when I get out of work so theres limited time. hopefully ill get some great shots this weekend. Im going to AC with my AC but probably wont need to turn my AC on haha, sorry

I drove out of NYC last weekend from a party, and on the way back out to Nassau County, my passenger side low-beam went out from all the jostling that happened to the car. Came back on the next day, but there are some baaaad roads there.
