2011 Altima 2.5s after-market warranty

I purchased a used 2011 Altima 2.5s sedan a few months ago and did not purchase the warranty offered by the dealer. It has 75k miles and I haven't had any problems but I'm worried about the CVT or any other big repairs/replacement. Which after-market warranty company has worked well? Which ones should I avoid?
