2011 2.5s Service Engine Light P0685

2011 Altima 2.5s with "Service Engine Soon" light. Ran the code as P0685. Fuel cap is tight. Do I need to replace the ECM fuse? Can't find it in the engine fuse box. Has anyone else had this? What's the fix (trying to avoid going to a dealership)

Check your battery terminal connectors, make sure they are not loose or have corrosion on them...

Cleaned terminals (which weren't that bad), re-connected, and light went away. 1 week later, light returned. Disconnected and re-connected cables. Light gone again. Wonder if it will come back?
