2010 Rogue S 360 Pkg: Adding power outlets?

First time poster, just discovered the forums!

I'm looking at trying to add Satellite radio (XM Snap) to my Rogue, but it needs a dedicated power outlet. Anyone have any luck "adding" the 2nd power outlet that (I assume) is only available through the SL package? [In the storage area in center console]

Also have a radio question that I'm going to post in appropriate forum.
