2010 QX56 Front Driver Seat Issue

Hello,

My 2010 QX56 front driver seat, front right side doesn't seem to have an support under it so when you sit on it , it presses all the way down to the plastic base going around the side. When you use the front up/down adjustment you can see the motor on that side working and the seat appears to lift, but when you put pressure on it, it just pushes all the way down to the base.

Any suggestions?
