2010 power windows

driver & passenger windows go down 1/3 without any input/has happened when car parked and no one with remote is close.came home last night put car to bed went to garage next morning 2day both windows down 1/3,please help. service manager hasn't heard of this problem. will become major problem if happens when parked outside.

You do know that if you hold the unlock button down on the key fob your windows will roll down. So if you have your keys in your pocket you may accidentally press the unlock key long enough to partially roll your windows down.


There was one case a few years ago where the windows did spontaneously rolled down on a dudes A/C. The dealer did not believe him. The guy left his car at the dealer for a few days and the windows did roll down one of the nights. You will have to search the forum for the thread. Happened at least two years ago IIRC.
