2010 Nissan Rogue rpm and truck jumping at 65 mph

I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue that I financed in November 2013. It has had no issues until yesterday. I had the oil changed and tires rotated on Friday morning. Yesterday I was driving home and after about 20 mins of highway driving, the rpm needle started to jump and then so did the truck! It would jump forward slightly each time I tried to accelerate a little. It wasn't a big obnoxious jerking but it was enough where I couldn't continue to drive. I was doing close to 70 mph and I had to pull over and shut the engine off on the side of the turnpike. I left it off for a min and turned it backed on. It was then idling at 1-1.5 which is never does. I put it in to drive and got home without that happening again. The truck did feel "off" after that but maybe that was just because I was freaked out lol it then happened again this morning. I'm bringing it in to the mechanic tomorrow morning. I was just hoping to get some feedback before then. Thanks for listening!

Where did you get the oil change? Did they "top off the fluids" or just change the oil?
