My Nissan Altima starts to shake when driving between 40 and 60Km. No problem when accelerating but once I let go of the gas it starts to shake if I'm below or above the range indicated above I have no issue.

I also noticed a slight rattle when accelerating however don't hear it when driving at faster speed.

Any idea as to what the might be the problem for the above issues?

First off... What is the condition of your tires and wheels (both front and rear) and front end alignment? Take it to a reputable tire and alignment shop have them check over the whole drive system (tires, wheels, balancing if need be, check over all the tie rod ends, stabilizer bars, etc.) A good mechanic (preferably certified in alignment) would be my 1st choice to get my answers!
