Here's the condensed version:
The drifting is free if you register here. And you are now registered. You still must pay admission to get into the fairgrounds. Once you come thru the gates, you head to the track, get tech'd, registered, unpacked. Then when the drifting starts, get in line, and within a few minutes you're drifting.
There are no special requirements for you or your car, except that your car must pass a simple "tech"inspection (that first long post lists exactly what we'll be inspecting), and you supply your own helmet (the helmet requirements are also in that first post). Very important to make sure you check over your car/helmet to make sure it'll pass tech before you come. If the car fails tech, you won't be able to use it on the track until it gets fixed.
The track will alternate between drift and autocross, probably every hour or two. The official schedule's not out yet. Schedule aside, you're still looking at literally hours of drifting time over two days. The drifting is freestyle. do whatever you want. We just ask that you not rip up the grass if you go off track.
Hope that helps.
