2010 murano blown head gasket.

I think I know the answer. I blew the head gasket on a 3.5.
Thickest white smoke ever. Is it at all possible to change the foward gasket without pulling the engine?
If not how hard is it to pull. For a rather capable mechanic.
Otherwise what's the value with blown gasket. 153k miles, LE, good condition.

It's not possible without the engine pulled, but they aren't actually difficult to pull IF you have a lift or can get it up on tall jackstands. Dropping it out the bottom with the subframe still attached is the right way, then you use the subframe as an engine stand and do the work right there. Pulling it out the top on a Murano is probably only doable if you remove everything but the fenders in front, plus the cowl in back.
