My car started making a loud whining sound as it accelerates, especially when cold, but even after 200 miles of driving. Not all the time but intermittently. Pretty sure it's transmission and can't think of what else it could be...anybody experience such a thing? Thanks in advance for the help!!

My car started making a loud whining sound as it accelerates, especially when cold, but even after 200 miles of driving. Not all the time but intermittently. Pretty sure it's transmission and can't think of what else it could be...anybody experience such a thing? Thanks in advance for the help!!
