2010 max ac issues

hi..
i just bought a 2010 max and my ac temp drops when driving (from cold too cool ...
then will will go back from cool to cold )??????

is this a normal?
dealer and local mechanic states no issues..
compressor fine they both say

is this a solar sensor issue

can someone HELP

i live in Miami and summer is already here.

Issues like this can range from being low on coolant, a car needing a new thermostat, an air pocket within the radiator system to issues that are even more major.
