2010 M35x Wheel and Tire Fitment - 20s

I am looking to lower the car and get new wheels and tires pretty soon here now that the weather is starting to warm up. Currently everything is on stock.

Leaning towards Tein H techs as the springs of choice.

Looking at some Vossen wheels. I am looking to do a square set up. Which would fit better between 20x9 and 20x10.5? Leaning towards 20x9 but wanted to confirm that it will fit for my setup.

For tires - would either 245/35/20 and 255/35/20 fit all around on the 20x9's?

I can't wait to get rid of the 4x4 look...
