2010 M35x AWD on Eibachs and 20x10 Vossens

Hopefully this will help some of the X's who are looking to lower and/or get new wheels.

I have installed both the Eibach springs and the Front Control Arms. Both of these say they exclude AWD, but they fit just fine on my 2010. The springs were a b* to compress, but other than that they installed fine. With the control arms, front alignment was easy to get within spec. However, the rears are slightly negative at -1.3. Spec is -1.0. The guy doing the alignment said this shouldn't be a huge issue.

I have 20x10 +45 on all 4 corners! It's sitting pretty flush as you can see below! Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus 255/35/20.
