2010 M35 - Can I change the Infiniti Ipod Adapter to USB

Hi All,

looking for some help. I have a 2010 M35 and it comes with the IPOD adapter (SAT & NAV). As you may figure, the IPOD adapter never really worked for me after the Iphone 4 came out. Now with the Iphone 5 changing connections, the cable is useless. Has anyone have any suggestions or options that I might be able to use. Looking to find a way to change that to USB where I can physically stream music to the car.
