trans fluid service??? unless the "A/T" light is on in the car the auto transmission is maintence free on a G37. The fluid is supposed to last longer than the transmission. (check the manual if you want to verify me) As for the fuel injector service... just do that your self with what ever prefered fuel system cleaner you like. On the G37, the engine will not be smooth if the injectors were dirty. (i like lucas products)
if you look on the infiniti site at the list for 30k most of it can be done your self... wipers, air filters, topping off fliuds, ect. The only things that might be worth paying for is a radiator flush/cap and of course an oil change if one hasnt been done IMO at 40k miles.
Now if you are more anal with maintence like i am, id replace the front and rear differial fluids with synthetic, also replace the AWD transfer case's nissian Matic J fluid with nissan Matic S fluid (($16 a bottle, but you only need 1 botle) at 40k. this is very expensive to do at the dealer though at ~$200 an diff, thats times 3 for an AWD g37x. (i did mine myself for about $50 in fluids, the process is just like a oil change, drian and refill. i dont get why it cost so much for them to do a diff fluid change)
tires well thats up to you really... just depends on what you plan to do with the car. but in general some luxury touring tires will be in the $500+ range for decent tires. i like the Toyo Versado LX/LX2 and Nitto Motivo with Nitto being my favorite.
Oh and my 2010 G37x has been a dream over the past two years. I'm 75k miles in with zero problems, and I DO NOT baby this car. It has seen many track days and you can tell by the milage i drive him a lot.
