I dont know about getting foglights on a A/C without them stock, but im sure you have buy a new harness( which is that plastic peice that it fits in). I could have sworn I saw them on ebay. If not im sure you can just buy them from your local dealer. As for brands of your lights go ddmtuning.comsebaslatino wrote:so im planing on buying a bunch of small mods for my car in december. two of those will be HIDS and fog lights. my car came without fog lights , so has anybody done either one of these mods to their 2010??? need some help tnx, btw happy thanksgiving to everyone!!
i think with one of the package options on the a/c the wiring is already there, you just need to plug and play for the fogs. certain other packages don't have the wiring, so you have to install a new harness. and yes, it can be done, other members on here have done it.lecros101 wrote:I dont know about getting foglights on a A/C without them stock, but im sure you have buy a new harness( which is that plastic peice that it fits in). Ok well ima help you out I have fogs that I added. I bought them off ebay and bought a wiring harness at an auto parts store. And the harness is the wiring kit lol I'm sorry this whole thread is funny to me. You guys should just search our old threads and learn some sTuff. The best part about projectors is that they change the way the light is produced out. They have brighter lights and look a lot nicer also. To make them work better you should get an HID kit off "ddm tuning" is a good site brand just search that on google. You will need the kit where it has the bulbs and ballist together. The best light output is 6k for your headlights its a bright white light. If you go any higher 8k, 10k + they become a blueish color and actually are less powerful. For your fogs your ideal hid kit would be 3k or "yellow" this cuts through fog/snow the best. If you want to buy the fog lights just go on ebay or courtesy parts like the other kid said. I spent about 150 for the fogs assembly and about 15 on the wiring. Any questions just pm me but make sure your pm box is unlocked so I can message you backsebaslatino wrote:So anybody knows the deal with HID lights?? I know we have the projectors which are the same as regular lights I don't see the diference but I read somewhere that since we have the projectors HID light were complicated or something like that...anybody knows anything??

Talk to your dealership there's a kit out that's "just" for the sedan. It fits the coupe once you remove the plastic housing on the lights. The kit comes with a new switch, but you will have to order new plastic fog inserts.
Check if you're prewired by crawling under the car and looking for the wires, one is by the windshield wiper reserve tank if i remember correctly.
I installed my fogs in 30 minutes and the factory ones are well worth the money.
edit: I posted a write up in a thread somewhere I think...
