2010 Headlight Overlays

Man they're kickin my a**. I've never installed overlays before but I don't think it's supposed to be this hard. I'm thinking its mainly because of the bump in the new 2010 design. Has anyone done these? I don't want to pay to have this done

Gonna need to use a heat gun or hair drier and some soap and water. Did mine myself on a 2009 and it wasn't easy for doing it the first time. I had to pay to get the tail light ones put on though, wasn't even gonna bother trying to do those.

Following the general soap water and heat method but this bump in the design is a killer!

Yeah, the headlights on the 08/09 actually aren't that hard at all.

But the tails, I threw my tail overlays away due to that impossible chore. ha

I've done my tail lights 3 times now and my head lights ones. Only reason I've done it 3 times is cause I had the GT-R style didn't really like it anymore. Then the second set got messed up in winter. Now I still have full coverage. Overlays are impossible to do alone. Get a friend with some understanding of the general concept and it will be 10,000 times easier.

I got the eyelids too. Hope I don't have the same problem with the bump. Good luck with it Andy
