I also see msrp is up from 76k when first released. No Blue option for 2010, big thumbs down on that as well.

I've seen a few 2010's on the lot. MSRP on them are about 87k. Honestly, you're better off with an 09 which are selling anywhere from 76-80k now.

There is are no R35 Skylines... so no it's not legal...

But if you are referring to the R35, GTR... yes it's legal... and it's even sold at the Nissan dealership... makes you wonder huh?

Double clutch > Manual. Although, I don't like the AWD as well because of the power loss.

Every post about the R35 I've seen you bashing it due to the price tag and how wonderful your 240 is. Good for you buddy... If you could've had one, you would've had one. Your 240 can be faster than a NA Ferrari but it's still not as iconic and eye-catching as a Ferrari. To the general, non-tuner population, they'll never understand your 240. Don't compare cars in different leagues.

I've had several different cars in the last few years, 06 Alti SE-R, 07 TRD SE FJ, 07 Si & now a 09 TSX. Would I have done all that differently if I was even thinking of a GT-R when it was 3 years away? I doubt it. It's just hard to justify that much expense on a single vehicle at one time. I would feel like I didn't really deserve it.

Sometimes it's more fun to think about it than actually do it.
