2010 G37x w/navi: Verizon Blackerry Tour 9630 Bluetooth Prob

Hello all,

I have a 2010 G37x with Navi that was working well with my Verizon Blackberry Tour 9630 until I took it to the first service. The dealer upgraded the navigation maps in the car during the service and after that the bluetooth on the car is not working well with my blackberry.

The phone appears to be syncing when I turn on the car but gets disconnected immediately when I try to make or receive a call. I took up the issue with the dealer and they told me that the 9630 is not a compatible version and they cannot do much about it. What I am surprised is how it worked for the first 3 months without any issue. Appreciate your help in this regard.

Fyi, I tried syncing another phone but have the same issue there too.

Try deleting the phone and re-pairing it.
