2010 G37 Radio Issues

I have a 2010 G37 Journey with the Bose radio but no navigation. Once in a while the radio will work normally first thing in the morning. Most of the time none of the radio functions respond to the knobs, etc. Volume level doese not change. Can change inputs but radio frequencies are stuck. Ran all the diagnostics. Speakers did not respond but everything else is showing no errors. Climate controls work fine. What's wrong?
