is there anyway you can take the center bezel and radio out the 2010 infiniti G37 coupe and put in an aftermarket touchscreen radio?

I haven't seen one done...but feel free to use the FSM (link in my sig) for details on the wiring. I think there was a recent post on how much room you have...

The issue is the AC controls are integrated into the system.

Any good stereo shop should be able to implement what you want with enough funds. I assume you don't have navigation, thus, no touch screen?
