I just purchased this car. Driving around I find that my driver's seat heats up. I don't have the seat heater on. I check it over and over. It gets really warm. Took it back to the dealership and they tested the seat and all was normal. I swear the heater is on very low. The dealership says no. I read online that in 2010 Infiniti changed the insulation. ( I use to own a 2005 G35 coupe). Never had a problem like this with my other Infiniti. Any help would be appreciated. It ruins the driving experience because I am so uncomfortable!

Interesting. Do you have a thermometer or some such that you can use to see if the seat is actually warmer than the passenger? Obviously you'd want to test it when you have not been sitting in the seat for a while. Dealerships have a tendency to not find issues like this and rattles.

Try disconnect the fuse to the heated seats (if it doesnt have anything attached else attached to it) and see if the seats still get warm, or you can look for the connector for the heated part of the seats under the seat and disconnect it and see if the seat still gets warm. Maybe you are one hot guy / gal

* Fixed. thanks Aud!

Is the heat from the seat causing your to leave sweat/wet spots on your pants/jeans? :gapteeth:
