I believe you need to pair your I Phone to the Bluetooth in the caraajanis86 wrote:Hey guys, I have a 2010 G37x coupe. I just got a Verizon Iphone and I'm having trouble hooking it up through the USB connection in the center console. I plug it in using a standard Ipod cable and nothing happens on the phone screen and on the Nav monitor in the USB mode it says " Check USB or Ipod" and thats it. I have had my friends ATT Iphone in the same car using the same cable and it worked perfectly. Any ideas? Thanks!
Sorry for the confusion.aajanis86 wrote:Yea that works fine, There is an ipod connector in the center console where you can control everything including listening to music, thats what I can not get but thanks
Yea his was a early ATT Iphone 4 and mine is the new Verizon Iphone. Do you know where I can get that cable, Thankszozoka1212 wrote:Is your friend and your Iphone the same generation? If not that could e it. The new generation Iphone needs a different cable. You can get it online pretty cheap. Without that it won't charge the phone. Try to get the update from the dealer and see how it goes after. But definitelly should look into the new cable.

Yes, there is a TSB for the 2010 and 2011 G37's in regards to call waiting and a few other things. It's ITB10-066 and you can find it here under the electrical section: http://www.infinitig37.com/Infiniti-G37 ... itins.htmlkmckis1029 wrote:there was a software update for the 2010 g37 for iphone connectivity, map corrections, and bluetooth issues... make sure you have the lastest software for you car. the Infiniti dealer should apply the update for free.
