Hello everybody. I've just recently purchased a 2010 Altima Coupe Sport :woot:

I visit the forum a lot for mod ideas to my altima and I finally decided to register. I'm deciding to lower my ac on Eibach's with 18" wheels. As we all know the eibach springs dont really provide that much of a drop as opposed to coilovers. Could anybody point me to a good tire size to make my rims appear bigger and kill some of the wheel gap.

Any recommendations? :gotme

235/45/18 (best option & oem size)
225/40/18 (alternative option) Anything smaller isn't advised.

Thanks man! Also, do you think 18's look proportional on the coupes? Or would it be better to go with 19s?

And for the eibachs, would using them with oem struts be a bad idea. Ive searched around and it seems that the oem struts dont last long with the eibachs

You could also fit 245/45 on 18's which would fill a little more of the gap than 235/45. But IMO 19/20" rims look best on the AC.

As to the oem struts & shocks, if you have low miles on them then you can probably reuse the originals without reducing their lifespan by much. Otherwise it's best to replace them. And if you're going to buy new struts & shocks you may as well buy new strut mounts so that you can assemble the new units in your spare time while still being able to drive your car around. Doing it that way will also make the installation go that much quicker.

Yeah I'm probably gonna go with the 19's, it deffinently seems like a better wheel size for the coupes. But yeah good idea for the strut mounts, all though the price of the aftermarket struts + springs would run me the same as coilovers, so at the end of the day coils are the better way to go lol. But I don't really need that much of a drop, the streets in Philadelphia are horrible.

For 19" rims, what are good sizes?

I'm not looking for A LOT of poke, but I wouldn't a more aggressive stance. Sorry I'm a noob when it comes to picking these fitments

At the moment I found a good deal on a setup, but it's a staggered fitment with the fronts being 19X8.5 +30 and rear being 19x10 +35
Now the rear 19x10 +35 are gonna poke extremely if I'm correct? but how about the 19x8.5 +30 ? Could I do these all around to achieve a more aggressive look without too much poke?
