2010 Canadian Murano DTRL Disable

Hello,

I looked everywhere and cannot find info how to disable DTRL on a Canadian Murano ( fog lights ). I just would like to get set up of an American Murano - still operate fog lights with stalk, but don't have them turn on with ignition.
I read the Service manual and pulled the DTRL fuse ( inside fusebox ) but they are still turning on - must be an override somewhere else in the system. Please help in locating the DTRL relay/other fuse/something that will stop it.
The reason for this is that I am installing DTRLs in the factory spaces ( in the grill housings ), but I do not want the fog lights turning on with the DTRLs.
