2010 Bose system

So after replacing the dash tweeters, front door and rear deck speakers I couldn't help but notice a constant popping from the back and a horrid rattling.
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I've discovered this..

The third brake light sits very loosely ontop of the deck.
Second and more intriguing was that while removing the deck it wouldn't come out? I look behind to find a wire on each side. I flip it around and find.

2 more tweeters! They are screwed in underneath the plastic of the rear deck! There are impossible to see going from underneath as you would for your 6X9 because there is a concave in the metal where the magnet sits keeping it hidden.

Same size as the dash. 4" Bose tweeters.
