2010 Bose Radio non-responsive

I have a 2010 SL with the Bose 6-disc changer that suddenly became non-responsive. Out of the blue the buttons on the h/u stopped working, as did the steering wheel controls. I can turn it on with the power button on the h/u and adjust the volume there as well, but none of the other buttons work. My steering wheel cruise control buttons work fine, so it doesn't seem like there's a problem there; I'm guessing something in the h/u has malfunctioned.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a way to do a reset, or should I just start looking for a replacement?
