I bought my 2010 Altima 2.5 Sedan in 2011 w / 34k, months later I am on open interstate, downhill...and she just wont do more than 105 mph. I had pedal left to push but that was all. Couple years I am just playing w a LS400 ; knowing that I am done at 105 but no sir...she pulled up to 120ish and I ran out of safe road. Any clue whay top end changed like that? electronic? warrenty ? thanks

Timing chain stretch advancing the timing --->adding a little extra power.. its possible but enough to add 15mph (which is a LOT of extra power).. I dont know..

Cvt belt just got wore down differently and created more torque imo.

Colder weather, better gas, lowering springs, manual ratio selection?
