2010 Altima Coupe make dashboard shine and look sportier?

Love my 2010 Altima Coupe, but am not in love with the bland texture of the dash! Anybody have ideas how to make it shine and look sportier? I'm a little nervous about using the vinyl and plastic protectants due to their leaving oxidation on the inside of the windshield.

One thing I did with soft touch and leather surfaces was put vaseline on all of it and leave it overnight then wipe it with a microfiber cloth the next day.
