I'm going to be looking at a 2009 Altima Hybrid for my wife today, it has everything she wants but it doesn't have the xenon headlights. She really likes the 2010-2012 style lights and she loves the oem lights in my M45x. Is it possible to buy a set of 2010-2012 style Xenons and install them in the 2009 Hybrid? They look the same size but is it possible?

Are you referring to the entire headlamp assembly itself or just the xenon (HID) lights (ballast and bulbs)?
