200sx sr20det fouling plugs

i just got a 1998 200 sx se-r thats had a lot of work done to it but it also has a few problems the main is its running rich and this is my first turbod car. what would be the best things to start on. and what would be the best plugs to put in it. the guy i got it from said it has 325hp at the wheels. thanks for any help.

The plugs that should be used are NGK BKR7E. Depending on turbo setup and boost level, they should have a gap anywhere between .028-.032. Without knowing what type of engine management is being used, it is a shot in the dark to answer why it is running rich.
