200sx ser cannot find witch fuse or relay, please help

So my car is a 96. I randomly lost power to fuel pump, all my engine control fuses, blinkers (but still have hazards), power windows and none of my dummy lights light up when key is on. I still have power to locks, radio,headlights, starter, and fans(wired to work with key on run position) witch tells me its not the ign switch. My Haynes manual sucks and doesn't say how to diagnose so please help.

Okay 2 days now? I will mail 50 bucks to the person who can tell me the relay or problem.

50 bucks goes to me! Turns out that the main power plug that goes to the fuse panel wasn't making contact Inside the car behind the kick pannel. I bent the prongs inward on the female connector and plugged it back in and bam! Close thread problem solved.
