I have an automatic and I'm looking to to a manual transmission. Does anyone know any sites for a 5spd transmission w/LSD? Could i possibly use LSD? What years have the LSD that I could use. I have a 96.

Those transmission's are hard to find. You can try sr20forum.com. Be prepared to pay close to 500 bones for one though. You get the VLSD with 95-97 200 sx se-r. VLSD was deleted in 98. You can also use the 91-94 se-r transmission. You will have to switch over the mechanical speed sensor on the 91 and 92 transmission to the electronic speed sensor. Cake walk though. 91-93 transmission had the infamous 5th gear pop out as well. So you if find one of those, make sure the mileage is pretty low and the seller is sure there isn't 5th gear pop out. Late 94 and up they corrected the 5th gear pop out.
