After lunch at a restaurant, I tried to start my Rogue and the key would go into the slot but not move and turn the ignition on. Tried moving the auto shift stick and it was froze. The brake petal was solid and it seemed to be back farther from the floor then usual. Nothing would move. After removing and reinserting the key several times it still was the same. I got out of the car and standing on the pavement I reached in and put the key in the ignition and it worked. There are no sense wires under the seat. Called the dealer and he blew some smoke at me and told me to bring it in. It hasn't done it again and I hate to take it to the dealer because of past experiences with poor service. Hate to have them mess with the electronics. My only concern is if this could happen while driving the car on the highway. Any replies will be appreciated...Thanks
