2009 SE-R Spec V badging?

I just picked up my new 09 Spec V 2 days ago, but I noticed something odd about it which none of the salesmen could give me a straight answer on.

The problem being, there's no Spec V badge on it. Just the SE R badge. I know it is indeed the Spec V, as it has the red seat belts, g-force gauge, rockford system (which is horrible) and all the other Spec V trim. But no Spec V badge anywhere on the car.

Is this normal on the b16s to not have a Spec V badge?

I think (at least in Canada) they stopped putting the trim levels on the Sentra cars in 2008. I bought mine in January - just the 2.0S - and noticed the same thing, it only said "SENTRA" on the back while I saw some on the road that said 2.0 or 2.0 S or 2.0 SL. As long as you have the 6 speed manual transmission then you have the SPEC V. I guess they want you to buy the badges too if you want them so bad.

There's no option to put a manual transmission into the SE R without doing the full spec V upgrade. So in a way, you could say I bought the transmission when I checked off spec v heh

And yeah I notice the nissan canada web sites pictures of the spec v have no spec v badge on them either. Guess it's time to order some.
