2009 Rogue headlight questions

Currently drive a 2009 Nissan Rogue SL
I would like to upgrade the headlights to HID 4300K or 6000K but I'm not sure which model of headlights I have. I looked into the manual and it says 2 different models a halogen and a xenon model. How do I find out which model I have.
Xenon:
Low beam: watts:35 bulb: D2r high beam: Wats:60 Bulb:HB3
Halogen:
Low beam: Wats:55 Bulb:H11 High Beam: Wats:60 Bulb:HB3

Also any is there Specific brand windshield wiper blades you guys recommend to buy or just buy anything with good reviews and cheap ?

If you take a picture of your bulb, we should be able to tell.

I always go for the cheap windshield wipers unless I plan on doing high speed driving.

BOSCH WIPERS ARE GREAT.

WHAT COLOR IS THE LIGHT COMING FROM YOUR HEADLIGHTS? BLUE-ISH? OR YELLOW-ISH?
THAT WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTION.

BLUISH = XENON/HID
YELLOW = HOLOGEN

The HIDs will also start out dim when you turn them on and then brighten up after a few seconds. Looking at my purchase notes from when I bought my '08, HIDs were part of the AWD Premium Package but not the FWD PP.
