2009 Rogue mechanical key

I recently purchased a 2009 Rogue and received two keys and one fob. Both keys will not unlock the suv doors. The fob works fine! Does anyone know what the problem could be.

head back to the dealer. could be cut wrong. happens more often than you think. house keys alike.
DID YOU TRY THE IGNITION AS WELL?

Thanks. The key turns to the left and right, but all we hear is a click sound. It does not control the power locks to open the door. The key works in the ignition just fine.

then it might not be the key. if it turns, its cut right. this might be a door lock module issue.
